This week we conducted our final validation sessions for ClicKita with educators, focusing on the clarity of the flow, the classroom experience, and the educational value behind the product.
The feedback was very encouraging. The teachers understood the purpose of the app quickly and responded positively to the idea of using short, playful activities to help students create new connections in class. One of the strongest insights we received was that ClicKita is not only useful for 7th grade homeroom activities, but could also support broader group work, classroom discussions, and even learning-based tasks.
The validations also helped us refine the product. We learned that the technology should stay in the background and serve the human interaction, rather than becoming the center of the experience. This confirmed our direction: ClicKita should not feel like another screen-based activity, but as a tool that helps teachers create real face-to-face moments between students.
Another important insight was the value of reflection. Teachers suggested that after each group activity, students could share something positive or surprising they discovered about another student. This could make the experience more meaningful, especially for students who feel less socially connected.
Overall, the final validations strengthened our confidence in the concept and gave us practical directions for future improvements. Most importantly, they confirmed that ClicKita addresses a real classroom need: helping students break out of fixed social circles and discover new connections.
